HelloNido is invite-only for residents. Your landlord or property manager creates your account, and HelloNido emails you a temporary password.
1. Find your invite email
Look for an email from HelloNido hey@hellonido.com with the subject "Your HelloNido invite to [your community]". It contains your temporary password.
Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, ask your landlord or property manager to send you a new one.
2. Sign in
- Go to app.hellonido.com.
- Enter your Email address and the temporary Password from the email.
- Tap Sign In.
Remember me saves your email address on this device. On a shared or public computer, turn it off and sign out from Profile when you're done.
3. Choose your own password
Replace the temporary password with one only you know:
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your email and tap Email me a reset link.
- Open the email "Reset your HelloNido password" and tap Choose a new password. The link works for 1 hour and only once.
- Enter a New password (at least 8 characters) and Confirm password.
- Tap Update password & sign in.
What you'll see after signing in
Your tabs are Home, Messages, Maintenance, Polls and Profile. From Home you can open Rent & Payments, Reserve Facilities, Parking & Storage, Lease & Forms and Connect with Neighbors.
Signing in with Google
Continue with Google works only if your Google account uses the same email address your landlord invited. Otherwise you'll see "No account found for this email." Use your email and password instead.
Trouble signing in
- "Invalid email or password": check the email address your landlord used, or reset your password with Forgot password?
- Locked out: after 5 wrong passwords in 15 minutes, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again or reset your password.
- Reset link doesn't work: each new link cancels the older ones, and links expire after 1 hour. Use the newest email, or request a new link from the screen that opens.
- No reset email: you can request up to 3 links an hour. Check spam, then try again later.
