Delete your HelloNido account

How to request deletion

   In the HelloNido app, open Profile, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm.

   Email hey@hellonido.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

Your profile, login, messages, maintenance requests, documents you uploaded, poll responses and payment methods on file are deleted within 30 days of the request.

What is kept

Rent and payment records are kept for up to 7 years because landlords and residents need them for tax and legal purposes. They are kept in the landlord’s or HOA’s account, not yours. Stripe keeps transaction records under its own policy.
