What residents pay
Residents never pay a subscription. A convenience fee is shown before every online payment: 3.5% by card, or $6 plus 0.25% by bank transfer. You receive your full rent.
Need a few more doors? Add them for $2 per door per month. We'll let you know when upgrading would cost less.
14-day free trial. Card required. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Residents and homeowners never pay a subscription. Only a small processing fee applies to rent or dues payments (bank transfer $6 + 0.25%, card 3.5%).

What if I go over my door limit?
Add a door for $2 a month or upgrade. Nothing is added automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
